The Process:
I led the creation of a YouTube Shorts series to spotlight Directworx’s behind-the-scenes operations — from print production to fulfillment. I managed a team of two designers, developed the visual template, and oversaw editing and delivery. The series focused on creating repeatable, high-quality content that reflected their hands-on expertise.
